TruStage celebrated 20 million members protected by launching a social media contest called The Community Spark Awards. We created Twitter and Facebook posts to promote the contest, inviting people to nominate kids doing good in their communities. The contest generated 155 nominations, 6,000 visits to the landing page, 18.4% post engagement, and 38 media stories nationwide. Twenty winners received $1,000 each for charities of their choosing.

When HCA North Florida needed a site to promote and educate parents on the hospital’s pediatric ER services, my team and I delivered a message that calmed the fears of young patients by using fun, child-like illustrations that portrayed the kinds of kids that our client cared for. The site answers questions like, “When is an allergic reaction an emergency?” and lists which HCA system hospitals are close by, along with up-to-the-minute wait times and directions.

Brothers Bar & Grill has 17 Midwest locations and serves three diverse audiences: business lunch, late-night college and weekend family dining. Our challenge was to reposition the brand personality so Brothers could market to those three different day-parts in one voice, thus maximizing marketing dollars.
